Este grupo de software pretende conseguir resultados educativos concretos y evaluables. Suelen tener mucho éxito entre los principiantes al ser fáciles de usar. Proporcionan situaciones de aprendizaje basadas en respuestas precisas y compensan la necesidad de hacer prácticas en áreas concretas de algunos escolares. Son útiles para ayudar a aprender, y a realizar determinadas operaciones como mejorar la ortografía, sumas, multiplicaciones, fracciones, incrementar el vocabulario, ... etc.

El software de refuerzo lo dividimos en los siguientes grupos
